Awnish Kumar a Law Graduate from Indian Law Society, Pune enrolled as an Advocate with the Delhi Bar Council of India in the year 2013 and Delhi High Court Bar Association in the year 2014 and as an Associates member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Mr. Kumar is a seasoned lawyer with having more than decades of experience in representing clients in litigation and is experienced with legal professional with exposure and competence in diverse subjects including Corporate Laws, Civil Laws, Criminal laws, Consumer Laws, Cyber Laws, Commercial Laws, Writ Laws, Environment Laws, Labour Laws, Right to Information, Research and Analysis on Governance, Politics, Business & Corporate and International relations.
As Mr. Kumar is having an experience over the Corporate Law and due to his skill, Mr. Kumar is appointed as Additional Standing Counsel of Official Liquidator attached to Hon’ble Delhi High Court apart from ASC, Mr. Kumar is also Government Pleader at Delhi High Court.
Mr. Kumar represented several Indian and foreign Clients (Individuals, Corporate and Real Estate Developers) in matters inter alia with respect to oppression and mismanagement, merger and amalgamation, Revival of the Company, reduction of Share Capital and Including corporate fraud related matters pertaining to SFIO and corporate matters tried by the Special Courts.
Mr. Kumar has wide experience in Insolvency Laws and has represented Resolution Professional in insolvency proceedings for matters pertaining to liquidation and insolvency process inter alia Voluntary Liquidation, Insolvency Proceedings before Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal.
Mr. Kumar continues to represent clients before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble High Courts of Delhi, Bombay, Allahabad, Nainital, Kolkata and Patna, Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) Courts, Enforcement Directorate (ED), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal Delhi, Chandigarh, Allahabad, Bombay, Income-tax Appellate Tribunal and Various arbitral tribunals and mediation and conciliation forums.
Mr. Kumar continues to Represent and advised Government Company like as Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) with related to corporate matters.
Mr. Kumar is also experienced in handling Bail Matters for the Serious Fraud Investigation Agency and Enforcement of the Directorate Agency under the Special Laws Company Law and Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
Apart from this, as a social commitment, he was invitee as a Judge for Various Moot Courts programme organized by various Law Colleges and Chapter of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Sushil Kumar Antal is a Law Graduate and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 2004. His Master Degree in Business Administration (Finance) along with others filed of knowledge, makes him expert in Business Strategies. He has immense knowledge and over 16 years of experience in Corporate Sector including Strategic Planning, Business set-up, Legal, Secretarial, Tax Planning, and Corporate Restructuring. Now, is fully equipped in Advocacy Profession.
Antal’s background in economics, accountancy and finance provides a practical and holistic approach to the practice of law which seamlessly combines with the litigation, tax and corporate talent of the Firm to deliver the best solution to its clients. He advises international and domestic clients, private equity funds, banks & financial institutions and business houses. He is a facilitator for some very prestigious programmed conducted by Modinagar Chapter of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and by other forums. He writes for journals and magazines and contributes articles and papers in various house journals of professional institutes, on topics of varied interests.
